Torea Sterling by MatesLaurentiu Torea Sterling by MatesLaurentiu
This was a commission for [link] which I hope fulfilled his demand. I'm yet to hear if he enjoyed it as I enjoyed working on this character but hopefully he did.

I do like it! (Strangely enough, I didn't know it was on Deviant Art until today.)

I'm definitely a fan of it and I hope I can see more of your work in the future.

I love the sword, and the pose is very regal. I dig it. I kind of imagine this to be in her later adventuring career. (Or, mid- to late- adventuring career)

She looks absolutely like a living person.. so many details :aww:
I love her armor so perfectly drawn till every tiny piece, her elegant hairstyle and sharp features of her face :deviation: And I wish to rob her of the sword :D
Her name makes me ask, whether she has something silver attired? :P

Lol, no, no silver if I well remember. But she is an adventurer and a true one always keeps a silver dagger secreted somewhere, just in case a werewolf happens close by. :D

Oh, a secreted dagger.. makes me look at her closely :ninja: My assumption is - somewhere behind her hip, hanging on the leather band fastened to the belt.. or there could also be a holy water or healing potion or a bottle of mineral water if she is the modern type :XD:

You must have the patience of an elf to draw the scales that way

Believe it or not I consider myself less patient nowadays. I used to be quite a meditative person but in the age of speed its hard to keep as serene as you'd want. I do try 'tho and scales and chainmail are always a lesson in patience I welcome and humbly receive.
